What plan are you following? Guesswork won't work.
Have you done an induction to purge carbs cold turkey from your body for at least 2 weeks and to switch over to lipolysis (ketosis)?
I need to know your proportions of fat to carbs to protein, it should be at least 70% fat, 20% protein, 10% or less carbs (all from veg).
What was your starting weight. Have you measured yourself, you may find you have lost inches rather than weight.
You don't seem to be eating enough fat.
What veg are you eating? Are you sure you aren't sneaking in the extra carbs from processed meat products?
It is unusual for anyone who is following Atkins to the letter not to lose anything. You may be losing fat but your exercising is building up muscle which, being denser than fat, will not show up as actual weight loss but you will lose inches instead. I suggest you put the last 3 months behind you and do a clean induction period keeping your carbs down to 20g a day or less, you could try the meat and egg fast to boost you into ketosis. I don't know but are you postmenopausal, if so get your thyroid levels checked, if you aren't then ToM can affect weight loss due to hormone fluctuations and water retention. I need more information to help properly.
